Article 1 – Definition

Article 3: price

The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all French taxes (VAT and any other applicable taxes). These prices do not include shipping costs.

Article: 4 modalities of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions, you have a period of (14) fourteen days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal from OBCEN without having to justify reasons nor to pay penalty.

8.1 – postage
The shipping costs, including costs of packaging and port are the responsibility of the customer. They are charged in addition to the sale price of products.
The amount of delivery charges that will apply to your order depends upon the weight of the products ordered, the country of delivery, and the mode of transport you have chosen. This amount you will be provided before your order is posted.

8.2 – areas and delivery times
Deliveries in metropolitan France are carried out according to 1 modes of delivery, at the option of the customer:
by Colissimo Suivi to the delivery address informed, from Monday to Saturday within a period of (2) two to (5) working five days from the date of shipment of the order.

Deliveries in the rest of the world (DOM – TOM included), are made by COLISSIMO Suivi and Chronopost international Monday to Friday within a period of (3) three to (10) working  days from the date of shipment of your order, depending on the country of destination.

8.3 – transport

The risks associated with transport are supported by OBCEN, under the condition that the client has verified the goods at their reception in the presence of the carrier and has served in writing on the travel voucher, if necessary was, observed reserves, even in the event of shipping postage.
